The vineyard is planted with 20% of Cabernet Franc and 80% of Merlot. Very rich in old Cabernet Franc, the new acquisition, coupled with the know-how of <strong>Jean-Claude Berrouet<\/strong> (an exceptional oenologist), will enable us to raise <strong>La Fleur-P\u00e9trus<\/strong> to a prodigiously high level of quality.
