Since then, the estate has grown to 15 hectares of vines, including 1.70 hectares in the Saint-Joseph appellation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To talk about the \"Au Fil du Temps\" cuv\u00e9e, this is a parcel selection from the \"Saviaux\" terroirs of La Roche de Glun. Composed of 100% of Syrah over 35 years old, the wine is aged partly in new barrels and partly in barriques or demi-muid for 16 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The nose is very floral and fruity. On the palate, the juice is greedy, fruity and delicate. The estate has weathered all the storms and passed through the ages without changing course, retaining a unique style all its own. Since then, several generations have succeeded one another on the estate, with the same desire to make wines with the greatest respect for tradition.
