Brother Jean Mary\u00a0<span id=\"142\">Tarlant<\/span>\u00a0has taken over the management of the vineyard, which now comprises 14 hectares of vines spread over 55 hectares and 4 communes.<\/span><span id=\"p99\">\u00a0His wife <strong>Michelle\u00a0<span id=\"145\" class=\"s-rg-t\">Tarlant<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>despite her youth, has become the estate's communications manager.<\/span><span id=\"p148\">\u00a0This family story is set to go on and on.<\/span><span id=\"p101\">\u00a0The grape varieties used are :<\/span><span id=\"p154\">\u00a0pinot noir\u00a0<span id=\"155\" class=\"s-rg-t\">chardonnay<\/span>pinot meunier, and even pinot blanc.<\/span><span id=\"p103\"> To bring out the best in the terroirs, the vines are meticulously worked.<\/span><span id=\"p161\">\u00a0These terroirs are quite different and can contain limestone, chalk, sand and pebbles.<\/span><span id=\"p164\">\u00a0Each parcel is individually pressed, and vinification takes place in barrels, which helps to give the best structure for a good wine.<\/span><span id=\"p167\">\u00a0Malolactic fermentation was not carried out on any of the wines in order to maintain their freshness.<\/span><span id=\"p107\">\u00a0After the vinification period comes the blending phase, which makes all the difference.<\/span><span id=\"p108\">\u00a0Visit\u00a0<span
