History of the Usseglio Raymond & fils estate :<\/h2>\n

This is a 3-generation family estate with Italian origins located in the heart of France.\u00a0heart<\/span>\u00a0of the Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape appellation.<\/span>\u00a0Grandfather Francis\u00a0Usseglio<\/span>\u00a0originally from Italy, settled in Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape in 1931.<\/span>\u00a0In 1948, he set up a farm with vines in the Piet Long area and produced his first wine in 1949.<\/span>\u00a0He harvested his first parcel of vines in 1962 in his own name at Terres blanches.<\/span>\u00a0In 1963, Raymond and his wife Danielle took over the management of the estate and created the domaine.\u00a0Usseglio<\/span>\u00a0Raymond.<\/span>\u00a0Since 1999 and only at the age of 22\u00a0years\u00a0<\/span>it's the son's turn\u00a0Stephane<\/span>\u00a0Usseglio<\/span>\u00a0to run the estate's vineyard.<\/span>\u00a0The estate produces both red and white wines using organic and biodynamic methods, because the most important thing for them is to preserve the harmony of the terroirs and the vines.<\/span><\/p>\n
