Where does this field come from?<\/h2>\n

? \u00a0<\/span>Located in the\u00a0Pouilly-Fuiss\u00e9<\/span> in the Burgundy region, was founded in 1840.<\/span>\u00a0Women in particular have distinguished themselves in this field:<\/span>\u00a0Jeanne Ferret<\/strong>\u00a0who was the first winemaker in the 1950s-1960s to bottle and sell her wine.<\/span>\u00a0This method of operation is not very common because wine was mainly sold in bulk to merchants.<\/span>\u00a0Thanks to her, parcel-based vinification has made its appearance on the estate.<\/span>\u00a0Jeanne's daughter Colette was much more focused on breeding.<\/span> Then it's the turn of Audrey Braccini<\/strong>who has been at the helm of this M\u00e2connais star since it was acquired by Burgundy wine merchant Louis\u00a0jadot<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0Since then, the estate has produced the finest\u00a0Pouilly-Fuiss\u00e9<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Audrey Braccini, a talented winemaker!<\/h2>\n

\u2600 Audrey\u00a0Braccini<\/span>\u00a0is a brilliant oenologist who always brings out the best in every cuv\u00e9e she produces.<\/span>\u00a0His main goal remains the same:<\/span>\u00a0keep the purity of the\u00a0chardonnay<\/span>\u00a0and the density of\u00a0Fuiss\u00e9<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0She is renowned for her talent in winemaking and her understanding of the terroirs she looks after.<\/span> It has also contributed to the evolution of farming practices thanks to soil tillage and the start of the\u00a0conversion<\/span>\u00a0to biodynamics.<\/span>\u00a0A new cellar preserves the entire harvest, most of which comes from vineyards in\u00a0Fuiss\u00e9<\/span>plus beautiful plots on\u00a0Vergisson<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0The history of this estate continues thanks to the house\u00a0Jadot<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
