Winemaking process :<\/span><\/h2>\n

The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in whole vats without being crushed.\u00a0destemming<\/span>\u00a0neither crushing, with a low temperature and saturated in carbon dioxide and without any addition of Sulfite.<\/span>\u00a0Fermentation also occurs naturally, without any intervention.<\/span> No products are added, the wines are produced naturally.<\/span>\u00a0Finally, the wines are placed in the cellar to begin the ageing process.<\/span>\u00a0Aging can be long or short, depending on the cuv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
