Château Rabaud Promis 1981
Sauternes - 1st Grand Cru Rated
Rabaud Promis is a prestigious sweet wine produced in the Sauternes appellation, south of Bordeaux. This wine is made mainly from noble grape varieties such as Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, with grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea), which concentrates sugars and adds complex aromas. On the palate, it offers rich flavors of candied fruit, honey and sometimes vanilla, with a beautiful acidity that balances its sweetness. This 1855 Classified Growth stands out for its finesse and exceptional ageing potential.
