Where does this field come from?

?  Located in the Pouilly-Fuissé in the Burgundy region, was founded in 1840. Women in particular have distinguished themselves in this field: Jeanne Ferret who was the first winemaker in the 1950s-1960s to bottle and sell her wine. This method of operation is not very common because wine was mainly sold in bulk to merchants. Thanks to her, parcel-based vinification has made its appearance on the estate. Jeanne's daughter Colette was much more focused on breeding. Then it's the turn of Audrey Bracciniwho has been at the helm of this Mâconnais star since it was acquired by Burgundy wine merchant Louis jadot. Since then, the estate has produced the finest Pouilly-Fuissé.

☀ Audrey Braccini is a brilliant oenologist who always brings out the best in every cuvée she produces. His main goal remains the same: keep the purity of the chardonnay and the density of Fuissé. She is renowned for her talent in winemaking and her understanding of the terroirs she looks after. It has also contributed to the evolution of farming practices thanks to soil tillage and the start of the conversion to biodynamics. A new cellar preserves the entire harvest, most of which comes from vineyards in Fuisséplus beautiful plots on Vergisson. The history of this estate continues thanks to the house Jadot.

  • Pouilly Fuissé Clos des Prouges - Tête de Cru -Domaine Ferret

This cuvée is a song of voluptuousness, with notes of citrus oils, burnt matches, wheat toast and ripe melon. He expresses himself with precision and opulence. Fuisséenne ". The palate is distinguished by its relief, fleshiness and juiciness. Pairs well with snail puff pastries, veal chops in sauce, goat's milk cheeses and firm cow's milk cheeses.
  • Pouilly Fuissé Les Ménètrières - Cuvée Hors Classe-Domaine Ferret :

The nose reveals subtle woodiness and fleshy fruit. discreet white. After a fine attack on the palate, it reveals an exciting roundness and stands out from other parcel selections thanks to its rare length.
