Domain know-how

? Viticulture:

Romaric places a great deal of importance on viticulture, but always in an intense way. Its ambition is to produce wines of the highest quality, reflecting the essence of each of its appellations: MeursaultPuligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, VolnayPommard... Whether it's the Burgundy Premiers Crus, Villages or Parcellaires, which cover 5 appellations, they're all treated in the same way. The triumph of each vintage is the result of months of hard work and hesitation. These harvests produce pure, gourmet wines.

? A passion for winemaking:

Romaric's wines combine sensitivity, character and intransigence. He is so focused on his vines and the quality of the fruit that he undertakes natural, unadulterated winemaking. It has a 1300 m2 building with 800 m2 of cellars where the grapes are harvested. These installations allow us to coordinate with the rules of nature and Romaric's wishes.

A few factors come into play: gravity tapping, minimal intervention, impeccable cleanliness, all in the pursuit of excellence and better wine-making.
