History of the domain :

He a summer created in 1940 and was named Coche-Bizouard"  before becoming Fabien Coche. It showcases the grandeur and nobility of Burgundy wines. It is located in the village of Meursault. (Côte d'Or) with a surface area of 12 hectares covering the appellations of Meursault, PommardAuxey-Duresses, MonthélieSaint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet. We use traditional methods to help produce the finest wines. Each step in the wine-making process is calculated to ensure the best possible final result. For several vintages now, our wines have been produced using organic methods. In 2020, an application for certification à has been established.

• Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières - Fabien Coche :

This is a white wine with good acidity, well oaky. This cuvée is powerful, fruity, mineral and floral. It goes very well as an aperitif, but also with seafood.

 

• Pommard 1 er Cru La Platière - Fabien Coche :

Freshness on the palate. The nose is elegant, aromatic and powerful, yet with a delicate touch. Flavors of blackberry, violets and ripe blackcurrant are combined with Cuban pepper, blue berries, lily, pistil and cardamom. It goes well with beef, veal or game.

 

• Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes - Fabien Coche :

The bouquet reveals an orchard in bloom, with great complexity and white-fleshed fruit. Notes of sweet spices with floral nuances. The palate is concentrated, silky and pure, with a precise finish.

 

• Meursault Les Chevalières - Fabien Coche :

The color is limpid and brilliant, and the nose reveals dried fruit fragrances such as almond and toasted hazelnut. Floral notes of hawthorn and fern; mineral notes and aromas of butter and honey. An excellent accompaniment to seafood or blue cheese such as Roquefort.
