Thanks to his sensitivity and know-how, he produces exceptional wines that combine the delicacy of fruit with the fabulous terroirs of Fleurie. Without further ado a description of this domain.
Winemaking process :
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in whole vats without being crushed. destemming neither crushing, with a low temperature and saturated in carbon dioxide and without any addition of Sulfite. Fermentation also occurs naturally, without any intervention. No products are added, the wines are produced naturally. Finally, the wines are placed in the cellar to begin the ageing process. Aging can be long or short, depending on the cuvée.

Fleurie Vieilles Vignes Lieu-dit Champagne - Domain from the Grand' Court:
This superb wine offers notes of rose petals, cinnamon, raspberries, morello cherries and blood orange on the nose. The mouth is satine and laminate with a large energy. This is complemented by fine tannins and a long, penetrating finish.
Fleurie Vieilles Vignes Le Clos - Domain from the Grand' Court :
It comes from 35-year-old vines, grown at 17 hectoliters per hectare and aged without sulfur. The nose is fragrant with raspberries and wild strawberries, well-defined and quite floral in style. On the palate, the tannins are crisp, a little lively, full of freshness, and there's a nice tension on the finish.
Fleurie Clos from the Grand'Court – Domain from the Grand'Court:
This cuvée bursts with notes of raspberry, cherry, rose petal, cinnamon and blood orange. The palate is supple and enveloping, with a juicy core of fruitripe acids and mellow tannins. It is nicely open and fleshy, and the ageing is done in the same way. a half in lightning and half in old barrels.
