The Jean-Marc Boillot estate Jean-Marc Boillot set up in 1985 after having vinified for Olivier Leflaive Frères. He started by renting a few plots in Pommard, which he supplemented with vines in Pommard and Volnay inherited from his father's side in 1988 (thanks to his other grandfather Étienne Sauzet), representing a third of the Étienne Sauzet estate.
