If you're tasting a Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru or Grand Cru, a little more delicacy is called for. This time, lobster or crayfish will go perfectly with this fine, mineral wine.

Tasting temperature is important, Chassagne-Montrachet wines are best served at a temperature of between 11° and 13°. The aim is to enjoy your white wine chilled, without overpowering the aromas. Note that a white Chassagne-Montrachet less than 4 years old should be decanted for 2-3 hours to develop all its aromas.
