Red grape variety from Alsace ?

  • Pinot Noir : Made from red grapes with white flesh, the production of this grape variety benefits from a high level of quality. AOC Alsace and accounts for around 10 % of Alsace's wine-growing area. Although classified as a red wine, it is very often found in rosé, the variation being due to the difference in maceration. This particularity gives this variety a color ranging from light pink to dark red.
