• Beaune 1 st Cru les Grèves - Louis Jadot :

Tasting Aromas of sweet berries, petals, plums and spices. The wine is bright and fleshy, with a lovely core of fruit, lively acids and powdery, structuring tannins. The wine is capable of aging between 10 and 15-20 years and deserves a little patience before being enjoyed.

Wine and food pairing : Serve with roast salmon or roast chicken.

 

• Gevrey Estournelles St Jacques-Louis Jadot :

 

Tasting The wine is balanced, elegantly structured, racy and rich. Its bouquet evolves towards notes of blackcurrant berries and red or black fruit.

Food and wine pairing : It goes very well with elaborate dishes such as leg of mutton or beef bourguignon.

 

 

• Corton Pougets Grand Cru - Louis Jadot :

This is an excellent cuvée, unfolding in the glass with notes of cherry, plum, orange peel, dark chocolate, sweet spices and toasty new oak. The wine is fleshy, layered, deep and concentrated, with rich, powdery, structuring tannins.

 

• Echezeaux Grand Cru-Louis Jadot :

This is a very promising cuvée, with emerging, complex aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant, candied bark and ember. The palate is charmingly vibrant, broad and enveloping, with lively acidity and fine, powdery, structuring tannins.
