These include the famous Domaine Grand VeneurThis is the most prestigious of the family's estates. Then, Le Clos de Sixte and the Chateau Mazane. The Alain Jaume's family respects the environment in all aspects of winemaking. Our cultivation methods are carefully designed to preserve the soil and living organisms, a core conviction of the family. The vineyards follow organic farming protocols. These terroirs enable them to produce wines of great intensity, superb balance and excellent ageing potential.

"Réserve Grand Veneur" red Côtes-du-Rhône
The vineyards for Alain Jaume's Côtes du Rhône "Réserve" are planted in a variety of soils, mainly alluvial clay-limestone terraces, sandy soils and clay. The result is a wine with incredible richness, remarkable complexity and a completely southern style. The grape varieties are mainly Grenache noir and Syrah. Cinsault and Mourvèdre are also present. The color is garnet red with purple highlights. On the nose, there are fruity notes, berries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, and a particularly spicy edge. " The Côtes-du-Rhône par excellence. "
A great Côte-du-Rhône classic, which can be enjoyed from 1 to 4 years after bottling. Serve at around 17°C.

Cuvées parcellaires and great vintages from Domaine Grand Veneur
Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge "Le Miocène
This wine is certified organic. This cuvée is produced on stony-clay soils, covered with pebbles, and another part on deeper brown sandy-clay soils. It is found in the northern part of the appellation. A blend of terroirs that produces an atypical wine. It develops and reveals its full potential after a few years. Remarkable power and aromatic complexity. The grape varieties are 70% Grenache noir, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and others.
On tasting, the color is ruby-opaque. On the nose, superb aromas of ripe red fruit. Notes of blackberry, kirsch and spices. A rich, full-bodied wine with superb length. The tannins are silky, and it's fair to say that this wine has a style all its own in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. It can be enjoyed within 2 years of bottling, but can develop for up to 15 years, depending on the vintage. Decant a young vintage. Serve at a temperature of 16°C.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc "Le Miocène
This wine is certified organic. It is located in the "La Fontaine" area. Ideally oriented for the production of great Châteauneuf du Pape white wines, the plot faces north on clay-limestone slopes. This terroir and orientation enable the different grape varieties - Roussanne (40%) and Clairette (60%) - to ripen slowly, but well optimized, with great freshness. On tasting, the color is a beautiful pale yellow with green nuances. The nose reveals fine notes of white flowers - hawthorn, honeysuckle - and spices. On the palate, all the balance of this great wine is revealed. Lively and round, this wine also offers notes of dried apricot, honey and elderberry. Drink within 1 to 4 years of bottling. Ideal temperature: 10°C

Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Les Origines
This wine is certified "agriculture biologique" (organic agriculture). Châteauneufwith Quaternary terraces, with a high proportion of red clay mixed with rolled pebbles. The subsoil is well drained. This area is generally considered to be one of the best suited to the production of rich, powerful wines.
This is a wine for laying down. The grape varieties are 50% Grenache noir, 20% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre.Tasting notes : Red color with purplish highlights. Intense aromas of ripe fruit (kirsch, blackberry), spices, roasted coffee and vanilla. On the palate, this great aromatic complexity is repeated; spices and ripe fruit appear on extremely concentrated, silky tannins. The long, lingering finish is marked by iodine, licorice and pepper.
A Châteauneuf-du-Pape for laying down, combining great concentration and finesse.
Ideal between 3 and 20 years. Decant wines less than 5 years old.
Serve at a temperature of 16°C.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc "La Fontaine
This wine is certified organic. Cuvée La Fontaine is ideally situated for the production of great Châteauneuf du Pape white wines. The plot faces north on a clay-limestone slope. It is very well ventilated, facing the wind (mistral). This area allows the Roussanne to ripen slowly but optimally, while maintaining the wine's magnificent freshness. This is a 100% Roussanne with a beautiful, intense golden color. The nose is particularly complex, with notes of citrus, exotic fruit, quince and honey, accompanied by light notes of vanilla. The attack on the palate is powerful, the wine structured. This cuvée is renowned for its rich, generous character and excellent freshness. A highly regarded white wine in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, it is one of the appellation's elite. A gastronomic white wine that will drink well from 2 to 8 years. Serve at a temperature of at least 12-13°C.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape "Vieilles Vignes
This wine is certified organic. It is located in the northern part of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Domaine Grand Veneur's "Vieilles Vignes" cuvée is made from the Domaine's oldest vines. With low yields, the grapes are highly concentrated. The grape varieties are 50% Grenache noir,10% Syrah, 40% Mourvèdre. Very dark, opaque color. On the nose, black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, accompanied by spicy and herbal notes. Then comes roasted coffee. A complex wine. In its younger years, this wine offers spicy, fruity notes over vanilla oak, with plenty of fine tannins. The finish is remarkable, with great length, salinity and smoothness. We can recommend drinking this wine after 5 years from bottling, but it can develop for 30 years or more, depending on the vintage. Decant until 6-8 years. Taste at 16°C.
