Visit Domaine Trévallon was created in 1973, and is located in Saint-Etienne-du-Grès, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. The superb Château Simone is one of the jewels of the Provence wines and particularly theappellation Palette. A line of winegrowers has exploited this exceptional terroir. Since 1830, it has been owned by the Rougier family. Its renown has taken it, under the elegant classic presentation of its original label, to the most famous tables and those of the finest gourmets.

Visit Château Simone red and white wines are undisputed benchmarks in the Provence as well as rosé, but to a lesser extent. The red wines, of great distinction, have a deep ruby color, subtle aromas and a bouquet of great complexity. They are full-bodied, rich in noble tannins, and have excellent ageing potential. Château Pradeaux

Domaine Terrebrune : 

This estate is located in the commune of Ollioules and is certified organic. It lies at the foot of the foothills of the Gros Cerveau limestone massif. The vineyard stretches across the terraces to the very edge of an area open to the sea. Its terroir is rooted in the ancient Triassic geographic zone specific to the appellation. The presence of limestone in its clay soil inspired the estate's name. The mineral composition of these soils gives flavor to the wines. Reynald Delille, the estate's owner, owns 30 hectares of vineyards planted with respect for nature. His vintages are renowned for their finesse.

Domaine Hauvette : 

This estate on the northern slopes of the Alpilles is run by winemaker Dominique Hauvette. She harvested her first crop in 1988, owns two small hectares and a makeshift winery. She has been producing great red and white wines ever since she settled in 1988 on the clay-limestone soils of St Remi de Provence. Her cuvées are full of life, with a blend of Grenache , Syrah , Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cinsault . When the wines have reached a maturity of 15 years, they have much more to say. In 2020, Dominique Hauvette was awarded the prize for best winemaker of the year.

Domaine de la Bégude : 

Domaine de la Bégude is an immense territory of 500 hectares, including 30 hectares of vines. The vines are divided into 55 plots in the heart of a smoky garrigue. It lies along the old road between Marseille and Toulon. The estate is certified organic and produces wines for ageing, without artifice or fashion, pure reflections of the terroir and the personality of the vintage. Since his arrival in 1996, he has banned all brutal intervention, weedkillers and chemical fertilizers, and has instead favored seasonal cultivation methods, in particular ploughing and manual harvesting.
