- Tasting notes: Château Brillette is a deep garnet-purple colour with scents of cooked berries, earth and herbs with a hint of tobacco. The palate is full-bodied, rich and spicy with bright fruit and a soft texture, finishing refreshingly.
- Appellation : Moulis-en-Médoc
- Grapes: Dominantly old Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlots on Grave or clay depending on the vintage, then Petit Verdot which enters the blend of the grand vin when the weather permits.
- Terroir : Graves de Günz
- Harvest : Manual and mechanical
- Vinification : Traditional in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, advised by Eric Boissenot
- Maturation : 100% in French barrels, 30% of which are new.
