Created 70 years ago by Etienne Grangeon, the property was spread over 2 hectares of Grenache. It was in 1963, under the impetus of his son, Alain, that the estate began its expansion by planting improving varieties such as Syrah and Mourvèdre. 1999 was a vintage of change for everything at Domaine de Cristia as that year they started producing and bottling 100% of their production. Today, Domaine de Cristia is run by Baptiste Grangeon and Dominique Grangeon.
