A toasty rosé champagne, rich with notes of coffee liqueur and toasted walnuts, but framed by a chiseled acidity that concentrates the range of flavors, including cooked raspberry, nectarine, candied ginger, and verbena. Long and creamy, with a finely detailed mousse. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.
