Tasting : La Croix du Casse has produced some exceptionally well-made wines in recent years. The ruby/purple-colored 1992 reveals a moderately intense bouquet of sweet black cherries and toasty new oak, good flavor extraction, body with low acidity, and moderate tannin on the finish.
