Tasted by Lisa Perrotti-Brown in 2020: "Deep garnet-colored, the 2010 Lafon-Rochet emerges from the glass with notes of creme de cassis, blackberry pie, and blueberry jam, followed by suggestions of Chinese five-spice, potpourri, and plowed earth. Full-bodied and concentrated, with layers of dark fruit. It has a solid backbone with gritty tannins and compelling freshness. Finishes long and perfumed.
