Elaboration : Blend of our four great terroirs in white - Base wines 2018 and reserve wine Cuis 2017 - Vinification : 80% in vat - 20% on barrel - Merrain de la forêt d'Argonne -. 10 months of ageing on fine lees - Without malolactic fermentation.
Aging on lees in bottle (2 years).
