Grape varieties: 70% Marsanne, 30% Roussanne.
Average yield : 40 Hl / Ha
Vinification and Maturing :The vines are hand-picked. The whole grapes are pressed slowly. Settling of the must takes place 24 hours after pressing. The juices are then vinified: 100% in oak barrels. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wines are matured on fine lees until the end of the Malolactic fermentation which takes place during the winter.
Ageing: 80% in demi-muids 20% in barrels. Bottling takes place in July following the harvest. The Saint-Joseph Blanc wines are very fine and round wines with delicate floral and fruity aromas.
