- Soil: Clay-limestone on marl subsoil
- Work in the vineyard : The grapes come from the Domaine and from purchasing contracts. We work in a spirit of close collaboration with our partners, to whom we bring all our knowledge and know-how to obtain a harvest that meets our quality requirements.
- Vinification and ageing: Depending on the profile of the vintage, vatting can last from 8 to 15 days, then ageing takes place for 8 to 14 months in French oak barrels, with 20 to 40% new barrels.
- General tasting notes: Bouquet with notes of small fruits. Originally from the Côte de Beaune but situated on the border of the Côte de Nuits, it combines structure and elegance with interest.
- Food and wine suggestions : Grilled or roasted red meats
- Serving temperature : Between 17°C and 18°C
