"Seductive. The nose draws you in: it is like gazing into a well brimming with black cherries, dark plums, blackberries, and wild bramble fruit of absolute purity. The oak is perfectly integrated. The palate is flawless, possessing immense depth and power, yet balanced so exquisitely that it seems to float. Pristine flavors of fresh black fruit and plum. A silky, deep finish with great fluidity. Perfect."

Cabernet Franc adds complex aromas and elegant tannins, while Cabernet Sauvignon can add power and longevity to the wines.
Château Canon wines are characterized by elegance, finesse and balance. They offer aromas of ripe red fruit, blackcurrant and violet, as well as spicy, woody notes resulting from ageing in oak barrels. On the palate, the wines are generally silky, with well-integrated tannins and good acidity.
