With a lot of dominant mineral notes in attack mixed with some white flowers (broom, linden), with a beautiful richness of maturity. The dominant in the mouth and the silky sensation that begin to reveal a delicate taste of butter brioche. This wine of great elegance will suit the most refined fish such as scallops just snacked, Turbot with Hollandaise sauce, sole Meunière... Also goes well with Burgundy cheeses such as Pierre qui Vire or Comté, goat droppings... Reserved for the most discerning palates.
