Adrien Renoir's Champagne Extra Brut Les Epinettes 2016 is the result of a blend of Pinot Noir 50 (100%) from the plot of the same name (lieu-dit) over 40 years old located in Verzy, a 100% Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. The grapes come 100% from the 2016 harvest, and have rested on their own yeasts for a minimum of 36 months. Zero dosage (0 g/l) for this intense and vinous Blanc de Noirs Champagne.
