- Tasting note: A well-crafted, creamy, fresh-textured Champagne with flavours of ripe apple, whole-grain toast and pink grapefruit sorbet that are pleasing and expressive, if a little modest on the finish.
- Cellaring: Drink now through 2025.
- Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay
- Harvest : 2014
- Bottling: July 2015
- Dosage : 3 grams per litre
