Presentation of Domaine Charvin

Created in 1851 by Guillaume Charvin, the Domaine Charvin, a family business, is located in Châteauneuf-Du-Pâpe. The estate produces wines rather in a classic style. They are powerful wines, with a certain finesse for the most recent vintages. The wine estate produces much appreciated côtes-du-rhône wines, which will have to wait a few years before they can be enjoyed at their peak. Indeed, the wines develop after at least 5 years. Gérard Charvin and his son, Laurent Charvin, are now running the estate.

Our Domaine Charvin vintages

The quality of the white Côtes du Rhône has improved enormously and is now developing very well. On the palate, we find a beautiful intensity.

The red Côtes du Rhône shows a fresh and fruity nose which allows a nice volume in the mouth. It takes about 2 or 3 years before the tannins fuse perfectly.
