A succulent, textured and highly concentrated blend of 90% clairette rose and 10% bourboulenc. The subtle nose reveals aromas of cooked lemon, pear, anise and white flowers. Quite full-bodied. Very fine texture. Purity and blanched almond character emerge in the transparent center of the mouth. Harmonious and lively, with a fine finish. For drinking or cellaring.
