Tasting by William Kelley: "The 2018 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru turned out to be a beautiful wine, unfolding in the glass with aromas of blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate, sweet earth and peony. Full-bodied and concentrated, it is deep and reserved in its youth, with powdery tannins, luscious acids and a chalky grip on the finish. "
