M rosé 2022 - Mangot
This 100% Merlot rosé is pressed directly from the skin and vinified at low temperature, then matured on its lees in stainless steel vats. IT IS ‘VINIFIED AND MATURED LIKE A WHITE WINE’. It is available in a collection of bottles with different personalised stings (culs). He opted for a glass stopper to take aesthetics to the very top! Certified in Organic Agriculture, 3rd year in Biodynamic conversion.
