Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2017 Vieilles Vignes in Magnum - Domaine Grand Veneur - Alain Jaume
Directly from the estate
97/100 Parker
Cellaring: Drink now or cellar until 2035.
Tasting note by Joe Czerwinski in 2022: "The 2017 Châteauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes - made with 45% Grenache and Mourvèdre, and 10% Syrah - exudes chocolate, mocha, and black fruit. Concentrated and velvety on the palate, it's nonetheless deceptively easy to drink, with a long, mouthwatering finish."
