Order wine : Clos du Mont Olivet White 2024
Chateauneuf du Pape - Joseph Sabon
92+/100 Parker
Best before: 2025-2034
"The elegant Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2024 from Clos du Mont Olivet, lightly marked by iodine notes, reveals aromas of white fruits, flowers, and candied citrus. With a medium to full, satiny, and complex structure, it seduces with its refined balance and concentrated mid-palate, supported by delicate acidity—a remarkable wine for this appellation. Made primarily from Clairette and Roussanne grapes, this is an exceptional cuvée." Yohan Castaing
