The 2015 vintage is characterized by good water reserves, a mild winter, dreamy spring and summer, sublime and healthy grapes harvested with care. Ideal conditions that allowed to serenely interpret an exceptional vintage, dubbed by the press, and to put our signature on it.
TERROIR
Safres, clays and pebbles meet and deliver all their genius.
GRAPE VARIETIES
A blend between our conservatory of grape varieties and one of our mother parcels, both planted with the 13 grape varieties of the appellation, without one predominating.
VINIFICATION & MATURING
Hand-picked and sorted, co-fermentation, long vatting allowing a delicate extraction. Aged for 24 months in foudres, ageing in bottle.
TASTING
Combining a deep and brilliant colour with delicate and complex notes that are gradually released, Gran Partita is the fruit of our constant search for finesse and balance. A singular wine with a strong identity.
