- Cabernet franc, the emblematic grape variety of the Loire, which occupies 5 hectares of the estate. A grape variety of character but also of great elegance! In any case, this is the direction in which the winemakers are heading. Healthy and well-balanced grapes, concentrated and vinified with finesse to tend towards delicacy and elegance.
- Tasting: From red fruit to cooked fruit, black fruit, spices and a floral bouquet, this is a wine of great complexity that invites you to indulge. A velvety texture with silky tannins.
- Pairings: Duck breast; semi-cooked tuna; buttered vegetables; pan-fried chestnuts, chanterelles or quinoa.
- Serve at 16°C, do not hesitate to decant.
