Cornas Saint Pierre 2019 - Paul Jaboulet Ainé
(92 - 94)/100 Parker
Cellaring : 2022 - 2040
Tasted by Joe Czerwinski on May 13, 2021: "Planted 400 meters above sea level and near the top of the hill, this parcel is always one of the last to be harvested in a given vintage. The 2019 Cornas Domaine de Saint Pierre has a bit of lift and minty character on the nose alongside ripe blueberries and blackcurrant. It shows purer fruit than the 2018 but also a little more concentration. Tannic, it is firm, streamlined and long on the palate."
