The cuvée : It is harvested, vinified and aged in Ponte-Leccia in Corsica by Jean-Marc and Emmanuel Venturi.
Tasting: This wine has a nice waxy edge, but retains some tension, with notes of citrus pulp, starfruit, white peach and jicama, all supported by a lingering note of quinine on the finish. Drink now through 2024.
