Coutet is a pale amber color, with lovely notes of toasted nuts, crème caramel and candied mandarin peel, with hints of toast, sandalwood and lemon pie. The palate seems relatively dry and savory, with wonderful freshness and a multitude of spices coming through on the long finish.”
