Order wine : Monts Damnés Sancerre White 2023 - Domaine Denizot
Provenance domain
Monts Damnés from the Denizot estate is a white wine from the Sancerre appellation in the Loire region. It is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which express all their finesse and complexity here thanks to one of the appellation's most renowned terroirs.
The Monts Damnés vineyard is distinguished by its particularly steep slopes and limestone soil, which give the wine a remarkable mineral freshness. On tasting, there are intense aromas of citrus, white fruits and flowers, supported by a taut and elegant palate. This is a wine for fine dining, perfect with seafood, grilled fish or a local goat's cheese such as Crottin de Chavignol.
