- Presentation of the cuvée : "The Saumur Brézé Les Arboises, from the south-facing monopole, which was planted on sand and silt topsoil on a limestone base in 1957.
- Tasting: Opens deeply, is intense and toasty on a concentrated and refreshingly mineral, smoky and sanguine nose, which needs plenty of time to integrate its fruity aromas. Fermented in concrete and aged in barrels (80% new, 20% one year old) for 18 months, this is a silky, fresh Cabernet Franc from 60-year-old vines."
