Marsannay Red from Domaine Sylvain Pataille is an exceptional wine from the prestigious Marsannay appellation, located at the northern end of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. This wine is made from Pinot Noir, the region's emblematic grape variety, renowned for its finesse and elegance.To fully appreciate its richness, we recommend serving it between 15 and 16°C, after a little aeration or decanting for younger vintages.This will allow the wine to reveal the complexity of its aromas and its superb structure.
