Château Grand Mayne 1994
Saint-Emilion - Grand Cru Rated
90-92/100 Parker
"Grand Mayne has been on a remarkable rise since the late 1980s. In 1994, the highly skilled Nony couple produced one of the vintage's finest successes. With a purplish-black color, the wine reveals deliciously sweet aromas of red and black fruit, violet, mineral notes, vanilla, and a subtle vegetal touch. Boasting great fullness, exceptional concentration, moderate acidity, and a striking finish with firm tannins, this wine is rich, elegant, and perfectly balanced. It is a blend composed of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc."
