Wine Tasting : A herbaceous, spicy, redcurrant and plum flavoured wine/ On the palate, it has notes of green tea mixed with cherries and some faded redcurrants. It is a pleasant Grand-Puy-Lacoste.

Blend : 75% Cabernet Sauvignon - 22% Merlot - 3% Cabernet Franc

Terroir : Deep gravel on very hilly terrain (hillocks)

Vineyard management: exclusively mechanical tillage: ploughing. Vineyard treatment using the "lutte raisonnée" method

Harvesting : exclusively by hand

Sorting of the grapes : Double sorting on a vibrating table before and after destemming

Vinification : Long vatting period (about 3 weeks)

Maturing : In French oak barrels (fine grain) of which 55% is new wood for 16 to 18 months depending on the vintage.
