Vineyard: a blend of several plots from different terroirs, in the communes of Tupin Semons and Ampuis.
Grape variety: 100% Syrah
Size: cup size
Vinification: 100% de-stemming, fermentation and maceration for more than 3 weeks in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with daily pumping over and punching of the cap.
Ageing: in barrels for 14 months with 10% new barrels.
Tasting : Beautiful ruby colour. Complex and elegant nose, with very ripe red fruit accompanied by floral and spicy notes. Beautiful balanced structure and fine tannins. To be served between 17°C and 18°C with game, red meat and cheese.
