- Pruning : goblet pruning
- Vinification : 100% destemming, fermentation and maceration during more than 3 weeks in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks completed by daily pumping over and punching down.
- Aging: in barrels for 14 months with 10% new barrels.
- Tasting : Beautiful ruby color. Complex and elegant nose, on the very ripe red fruit accompanied by floral and spicy notes. Well-balanced structure and fine tannins. Serve between 17°C and 18°C with game, red meat and cheese.
