Château Tour du Haut-Moulin, located in Cussac-Fort-Médoc, is a family-owned cru bourgeois (10 hectares) owned since 1870 by the Poitou family, now in its 6th generation.
Grape Varieties & Terroir
A typical Haut-Médoc blend: approximately 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot, on gravelly soils mixed with sand and clay.
Vinification & Aging
Vinification in controlled concrete vats with malolactic fermentation in tanks. Aged for 12–15 months in oak barrels (approximately 30% new).
