- This is the only premier cru that the estate farms in the northern part of the appellation. This 46 ares parcel spreads out at the bottom of the hillside on grassy soils, composed of clay, limestone and alluvium from the combe de la Serrée. This terroir produces wines that are renowned for their finesse and delicacy.
