Hermitage 2015 - Domaine Belle
Very beautiful purple colour with brilliant purple reflections. This cuvée is undoubtedly a great bottle of Hermitage in one of the finest vintages of the last 10 years.
The nose is immediately imposing with strong notes of fruits and spices demonstrating both its strength and its strong personality. Blackberry, cinnamon, incense, resin, strawberry, vanilla, ... make up an already complex and intoxicating bouquet. However, still in its early youth, this wine will develop many more hidden aromas over the next 10 years.
The mouth is like the nose, complex and powerful. The fine and delicate tannins, freshness and sweetness make up a harmonious, powerful and elegant structure.
This great bottle of Hermitage will last for years if we are patient enough.
It will then be accompanied by a dish that matches its presence; venison, doe, capon or any other noble game. A dish for celebration and sharing whatever the occasion.
